Recently our Financial Aid & Enrollment Manager communicated that we were currently experiencing some difficulties with our system which has caused a delay in our processing of FAFSAs for the 2020-2021 aid year.
This past week we had a successful update to the system, but there will be additional processing this upcoming week and we anticipate this to be completed very soon.
Due to the delay in processing FAFSAs, we have decided to extend the Fall Tuition Due Date to Sept 2nd, which is the 10-day Drop Date.
Please note there will NOT be an extension beyond this date for a drop period or tuition.
All Students should have completed one of the following between August 17th and Sept 2nd:
- Paid Tuition in Full
- Active Payment Plan
After Sept 2nd the regular withdrawal dates will be applicable to all students (no extension for a drop period).
Payment Plan Application is now available in Moodle under Student Resources and then Billing/Student Accounts. Click on “Centra College Installment Payment Plan Application” to complete online and submit application.
Upon receiving applications a $25 Payment Plan Application Fee will be charged to the student account. Payment Plan Agreements will be sent to students after the $25 fee has been paid (can be paid online through Student Portal) along with additional instructions.
This is a new process and ask that students allow until Friday, August 21st to receive payment plan agreements.
