Hello Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Issue: Students not seeing uploaded test or test reviews after login.

      • Solution: Clear the registration on the device (MAC or PC ONLY).
        • Open Examplify
        • Select Home Menu
        • Select Settings
          • Select Clear Registration
        • Note: This method will only work on MACs and PCs.  No similar process exists for iPad users.
      • Clear the registration on the device (iPad).
        • Delete the application
        • Clear the temporary data
        • Reinstall the application
Issue: Student not able to relaunch Examplify after the recent update.
      • Uninstall Examplify
      • Reinstall Examplify
        • If it lists the update as optional, choose 'update later' and select a time to complete the update.
        • If the update is completed when it gives the option to do so, the ability to relaunch Examplify is lost.
      • Note: This is a known issue after the recent update.
Do not forget!
      • Do not upload any tests or reviews immediately before completing the update or before verifying the test or review has been opened and is accessible.
