Several volunteer options for are available:

Joyce Scott, RN, CCON, Faculty Instructor will be working as the camp nurse for the special needs camp. This will be the third year that students have participated – a great opportunity to serve, work, and learn together with some very special individuals.
Camp nurse assistant activities, under the direction of the registered nurse, include:

This is a volunteer opportunity and is open to any Centra College of Nursing student (or faculty). In addition to being fun and rewarding, this activity would be valuable to include in the student portfolio.
Completion of a camp application form, including references is required by the camp administrators, due by May 15.
Individuals who are interested or would like additional information, are asked to contact Joyce Scott at email@example.com or call office phone (434) 200-7041 at your earliest convenience. Camp registration forms are available through Joyce Scott, Faculty.
