Dear Students and Faculty,
We will be conducting a test of our Send Word Now emergency notification system on Thursday, November 16th, 2017 at 7:30 PM. The test is to ensure that we have the correct contact information for students and faculty to send out messages if school is closed or if there is an emergency. After the message goes out on Thursday, November 16th at 7:30 PM, students who receive the message will not be required to do anything. Students who do not receive a message after 7:30 PM are asked to send an email to Patrick Robrecht at firstname.lastname@example.org. The email is to include your name, your cell phone number, and your email address so we can compare you information with our files.
*Note* Students will be receiving the email on their previous gmail accounts, NOT the new centracollege.edu accounts. Starting next semester, communication will be switching over to the centracollege.edu accounts.
This message only applies to students currently enrolled and are taking courses at CCON. A message will not be sent out to students entering in January, 2018.
We also ask that students who are on clinical or performing other work-related tasks, to try and check your cellphone or email messages when possible. Your job comes first and we do not want you to break from code when checking your messages.
Have a great day.
