  • Username
  • Course
  • What the problem is - e.g. Email, Examsoft, Password, Moodle, ATi, Wifi A brief description of the problem including screenshots.
  • The time and date of when the problem occurred and the website address if appropriate. E.g.https://outlook.office365.com/ma
**If you don't have this information to hand, then please get it collect it before you call otherwise it will slow down how quickly the problem can be fixed.
