Before calling or submitting a request, please have the following details ready:
✔ Your Name or CH#
✔ Username
✔ Course (if applicable)
✔ Issue Type: (e.g., Email, ExamSoft, Password, Moodle, ATI, WiFi, etc.)
✔ Brief Description of the Problem (Include screenshots if possible)
✔ Time & Date of the Issue
✔ Website Address
IT Help Desk Portal
For 24-hour IT support, faculty, staff, instructors and students should use their Centra Health email accounts:
- Click IT Help Desk Portal link above.
- Instructors/Teachers: Sign in with yourname@centrahealth.com
- Students: Sign in with CH@centrahealth.com
- Once signed in, select "New Request" and fill out the required details.
On-Campus Assistance
During on-campus business hours, you can visit the IT office in Room 172 for direct support.
